Finley Enterprises LLC manufactures high quality, small precision spindles for both drilling and milling operations. The present series of air motors and spindles are 36MM (1.417") in diameter with a collet size from 0.5MM (.020") to 10MM (.3937"). They use the readily available ER-16 collet system. We provide air motor driven models with speeds from 500 to 21,000 RPM and .25kW (.34hp) output and a long shaft model to mount timing pulleys for electric or servo motor drive. The servo motor driven spindles are capable of rigid tapping and gear hobbing if driven by their own computer controlled axis.
Every product is designed for long life and a wide range of functionality. They are presently being used by many Machine Tool "Original Equipment Manufacturers" (OEM's) on CNC Lathes, Screw Machines and Milling Machines for tasks that eliminate many secondary operations.
